Skills of graduates: a graduate should be able to demonstrate the following skills necessary for practice of dentistry:

1. Diagnose and manage various common dental problems
2. Prevent and manage of complications which might encountered while carrying out different surgical and other procedures
3. Prevent oral disease and promote oral health condition where possible
4. Control pain and anxiety of the patients during dental treatment
5. Work as a team member in the community oral health programs
6. Reporting cases and referral procedures for consultation
7. Apply principles of medical ethics
8. Reading, understanding, and analyzing scientific publications in the field of dentistry.
